Mansfield CAB
service is governed and managed locally but with the benefit of being part of a
large and influential national organisation.
We are looking for Trustees to sit on our Trustee Board and help steer
the service.
We
provide information, advice and advocacy services to the people of Mansfield.
We are a large bureau giving advice to 5,000 people per year. The
bureau is a member of Citizens Advice and holds the Community Legal Services quality mark at
Specialist level. We have a budget of over £400,000.
The CAB is a
voluntary organisation. All volunteers
are fully trained and supported by a paid staff structure.
We need people from
Mansfield who have a clear understanding of the needs of the local area to help
us manage and develop this much-needed service.
